Es por ello que la periostitis tibial puede ser muy dolorosa y una lesi\u00f3n grave para los corredores y atletas en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Mecanismos-de-producci\u00f3n\">Mecanismos de producci\u00f3n, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se genera esta lesi\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La periostitis tibial se presenta frecuentemente en tres circunstancias: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&#8211; <strong>Cuando cambiamos de calzado<\/strong>, ya que modificamos un poco el impacto del pie contra el suelo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&#8211; El <strong>cambio de superficie de entrenamiento<\/strong>, especialmente a terrenos duros como el asfalto, tambi\u00e9n puede llevarnos a sufrir de periostitis tibial. Por ende, se provoca la inflamaci\u00f3n del periostio por sobre-solicitaci\u00f3n de la estructura \u00f3sea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Factores-de-riesgo-de-periostitis-tibial\">Factores de riesgo de periostitis tibial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La periostitis tibial es muy frecuente en atletas con una excesiva pronaci\u00f3n, pues las fuerzas ascendentes no se reparten correctamente. Ocurre de igual manera en la cara anterior de la tibia por la hiperpresi\u00f3n del m\u00fasculo tibial anterior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los corredores son los principales afectados por esta condici\u00f3n, pero la periostitis tibial puede presentarse en todo tipo de atletas, dadas las circunstancias mencionadas anteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"S\u00edntomas\">S\u00edntomas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal s\u00edntoma de la periostitis tibial es el dolor en la cara anterior o antero-interna de la tibia y en su tercio inferior. Todo ello lo debemos complementar con el masaje realizado por un especialista, para intentar liberar la musculatura congestionada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se recomienda el uso de un vendaje que evitar\u00e1 la excesiva vibraci\u00f3n de la tibia en cada impacto contra el suelo.
