Como puedes ver en la siguiente imagen, la primera competencia registrada en el deporte del ciclismo fue una carrera que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Parque de Saint-Cloud, Par\u00eds el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uci.org\/road\/about-road-cycling\">31 de mayo de 1868<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de esto \u2014y la invenci\u00f3n de bicicletas mucho m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas\u2014 el uso recreativo y como medio de transporte de la bicicleta explot\u00f3 alrededor del mundo. Igualmente, <strong>se empezaban a entrever los grandes beneficios que aporta a la salud para alguien que decide adentrarse al ciclismo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, diferentes clubes de ciclismo empezaron a ser formados y los beneficios que tra\u00eda el usar la bicicleta en lugar de como en la emocional.<\/strong> A continuaci\u00f3n, enumero solamente algunos de los principales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4>1. <strong>Ayuda a mejorar la coordinaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El ciclismo requiere de balance y coordinaci\u00f3n por lo que esto te ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar estas \u00e1reas, incluso fuera del ciclismo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4>     2. <strong>Desarrolla m\u00fasculos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El ciclismo utiliza constantemente m\u00faltiples m\u00fasculos como los gl\u00fateos y cu\u00e1driceps, por lo que estos incrementar\u00e1n al estar trabajando con ellos regularmente. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4>     3. <strong>Ayuda con las actividades diarias<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos beneficios de salud en general te ayudan a tener una mejora sustancial en muchas de tus actividades diarias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" <strong>Mejora de la postura.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El constante ejercicio en la bicicleta ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar tu postura, ya que este deporte lo requiere para poder obtener
