El <strong>deporte<\/strong> es otro tipo de actividad f\u00edsica especializada y de car\u00e1cter competitivo y reglamentado, el cual requiere de un entrenamiento diario. Existen diferentes tipos de ejercicio donde podemos encontrar cuatro categor\u00edas b\u00e1sicas:<strong> resistencia, fuerza, balance y flexibilidad.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada tipo de ejercicio por s\u00ed solo proporciona beneficios, pero si realizamos un poco de todo, \u00e9stos podr\u00edan ser mayores. Antes se hablaba de realizar actividad f\u00edsica de intensidad moderada por lo menos 150 minutos a la semana, el realizar 10,000 pasos al d\u00eda, incluso se ha hablado de la quema de por lo menos 4000 calor\u00edas a la semana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, esos par\u00e1metros no son espec\u00edficos y son meramente <strong>recomendaciones<\/strong>. Debemos dejar claro que para poder hacer una <strong>prescripci\u00f3n<\/strong> acorde a las necesidades de cada individuo, se debe acudir con el m\u00e9dico especialista en deporte para tomar en cuenta todos los factores de riesgo con los que se cuenta. Al poner el riesgo que implica en una balanza, no cabe duda de que deber\u00eda ser parte de nuestra rutina diaria.
