Desde que empezamos a hablar de <a href=\"https:\/\/psiquiatria.com\/glosario\/obsesion\">obsesi\u00f3n<\/a>, ya viene un componente negativo. La obsesi\u00f3n es una perturbaci\u00f3n en el estado de \u00e1nimo que se origina por una idea persistente en la mente de la persona. <strong>Hay una preocupaci\u00f3n intensa en relaci\u00f3n con esa idea recurrente<\/strong>. Es tanto el deseo de cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares de belleza, que si te prometen que en dos semanas te vas a ver de cierta forma, sometes a tu cuerpo a lo que sea sin cuestionar nada, por la promesa del resultado final. <strong>Esto provoca da\u00f1os, no solo a nivel emocional, sino f\u00edsico y metab\u00f3lico<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de estas dietas <em>trendy<\/em> y rutinas a seguir. Puede que te funcione a corto plazo, pero <strong>\u00bfrealmente es algo sostenible?, \u00bfte ves haciendo eso como un estilo de vida? <\/strong>La mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones la respuesta es \u201cno\u201d. Existen componentes como el de la<strong> masa muscular<\/strong> y <strong>porcentaje de grasa corporal<\/strong>, entre otros, que juegan un rol importante en el peso. Hoy m\u00e1s que nunca, tanto nutri\u00f3logos como m\u00e9dicos, est\u00e1n luchando contra este estigma. No hay esta divisi\u00f3n en los alimentos, lo que un nutri\u00f3logo va a hacer, es ense\u00f1arte a comer en proporci\u00f3n,<strong> a encontrar ese equilibrio<\/strong>, tomando en cuenta tus caracter\u00edsticas individuales, tus gustos, tu actividad f\u00edsica, tu rutina del d\u00eda a d\u00eda, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Acude-con-los-expertos\">Acude con los expertos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejemos de hacer caso a todo lo que vemos en redes sociales.
