Esta es una soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida para la p\u00e9rdida de peso a trav\u00e9s de una restricci\u00f3n cal\u00f3rica alejada de los requerimientos del individuo y sobre todo, <strong>alejada de crear h\u00e1bitos alimenticios a largo plazo<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para perder peso, efectivamente <strong>debe haber un d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico <\/strong>(consumir menos calor\u00edas de lo que el cuerpo gasta) sin importar c\u00f3mo se consuman. Sin embargo, para que exista una reducci\u00f3n de masa grasa, tendr\u00edamos que estar hablando de un d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico con una<strong> distribuci\u00f3n de macronutrientes <\/strong>(prote\u00ednas, grasas, l\u00edpidos) adecuada. Sin embargo, son solo estrategias que se utilizan dependiendo de cada individuo y su estilo de vida. Tenemos que recordar que&nbsp; cada cuerpo es diferente, debido a la gen\u00e9tica, composici\u00f3n corporal, actividad f\u00edsica, estilo de vida, antecedentes, entre otros y <strong>no porque \u201ca mi amigo le funcion\u00f3\u201d, significa que a m\u00ed tambi\u00e9n me funcione.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de dietas aparte de caracterizarse por un d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico (la raz\u00f3n por la que s\u00ed existe una p\u00e9rdida de grasa), se caracterizan por una <strong>restricci\u00f3n de alimentos<\/strong>, por lo que muchas veces se vuelve dif\u00edcil continuar con estas. Ejemplo: sabemos que el arroz nos puede aportar mucho m\u00e1s nutrientes que unas galletas, pero esto no significa que debamos satanizar a las galletas y eliminarlas por completo de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n, solo <strong>debemos encontrar un balance<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los carbohidratos aparte de ser nuestra principal fuente de energ\u00eda, son ricos en fibra (evitan el estre\u00f1imiento), vitaminas y minerales, por mencionar las funciones m\u00e1s importantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Las-calorias-son-lo-unico-que-importa\">Mito #5: las calor\u00edas son lo \u00fanico que importa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REALIDAD:<\/strong> como se mencion\u00f3&nbsp; anteriormente, la p\u00e9rdida de grasa se ve influenciada por muchos factores y la ingesta cal\u00f3rica no es el \u00fanico factor. <strong>Erik Helms<\/strong>, autor de la pir\u00e1mide nutricional (encaminada hacia la nutrici\u00f3n deportiva), represent\u00f3 los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes que tenemos que tener en cuenta para lograr nuestros objetivos nutricionales. En primer lugar se encuentran las <strong>calor\u00edas<\/strong>, seguidas de los <strong>macronutrientes, micronutrientes, tiempos de comidas<\/strong> y por \u00faltimo los <strong>suplementos<\/strong>. Sin embargo, hay propuestas que engloban otros aspectos que se deben considerar. Es decir, si a m\u00ed me gusta correr, pero s\u00e9 que el entrenamiento de fuerza tiene mayores beneficios en la p\u00e9rdida de grasa, eso no significa que tenga que cambiar de deporte.
