Como generalidad, las<strong> lesiones en miembros superiores<\/strong> aparecen de forma paulatina causadas por sobrecarga. En cambio, las<strong> lesiones que se presentan en miembros inferiores<\/strong> son de aparici\u00f3n aguda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" recabada en un gran n\u00famero de reportes indica que la extremidad inferior tiene mayor incidencia de lesiones en tenis (31-67%), tren superior (20-49%) y tronco (3-21%). Los <strong>esguinces de tobillo y lesiones musculares en muslo y cadera<\/strong> son las m\u00e1s frecuentes en el tren inferior,<strong> lesi\u00f3n en manguito rotador y epicondilitis<\/strong> en tren superior y <strong>dolor lumbar<\/strong> en el tronco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El golpe m\u00e1s demandante en el tenis es el saque, provocando la mayor exigencia en <strong>hombro y antebrazo<\/strong> durante su ejecuci\u00f3n. Cualquier falla en el proceso de transmisi\u00f3n de la fuerza \u2014desde el impulso con los pies y rodillas, pasando por cadera y tronco, hombro y codo, y terminando con mu\u00f1eca y mano hasta transmitirlo a la raqueta y pelota\u2014 resultar\u00e1 tarde o temprano en una lesi\u00f3n localizada en el punto donde el cuerpo compense el fallo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se calcula que durante el segmento pierna-cadera-tronco se produce el 51% del total de la fuerza, por lo que un d\u00e9ficit de fuerza en el tren inferior y central nos llevar\u00e1 a un pobre desempe\u00f1o y a una compensaci\u00f3n con la extremidad superior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme la velocidad del servicio aumente, la carga en hombro y codo aumenta, recayendo en un trabajo de potencia recurrente en la rotaci\u00f3n interna del hombro. Esto fuerza espec\u00edficamente el <strong>valgo en codo<\/strong> y estr\u00e9s anterior del hombro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"La-importancia-de-un-buen-entrenamiento\"><strong>La importancia de un buen entrenamiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde radica la importancia de un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/climesport\/\">plan espec\u00edfico de entrenamiento<\/a><\/strong> enfocado en el tenis. Su objetivo debe enfocarse en fortalecer y activar los segmentos musculares que intervienen en la cadena cinem\u00e1tica. Lo anterior disminuye el riesgo y posibilita una pr\u00e1ctica deportiva sin lesiones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ejercicios deben incluir el <strong>fortalecimiento del tren inferior<\/strong> para aumentar la generaci\u00f3n de potencia y absorci\u00f3n de impacto. El principal mecanismo de lesi\u00f3n son los repetidos movimientos por encima de la cabeza, manifestando dolor t\u00edpico durante el saque y en golpes de fondo de derecha. Los atletas con esta lesi\u00f3n describen dolor en cara posterior del hombro que irradia algunas ocasiones a cara anterior y en otras sensaci\u00f3n de inestabilidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las lesiones m\u00e1s frecuentes en el hombro son: pinzamiento interno incluidas las lesiones del manguito rotador y desgarros tipo SLAP o del labrum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>La prevenci\u00f3n debe ir dirigida a:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&#8211; Modificar el gesto t\u00e9cnico que influya en la aparici\u00f3n de una lesi\u00f3n.<\/li><li>&#8211; Restaurar o ganar el rango de movimiento articular normal.&nbsp;<\/li><li>&#8211; Activar los m\u00fasculos estabilizadores de la esc\u00e1pula.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><em>Lesiones en el codo<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En el codo las lesiones se presentan por un uso repetido de los m\u00fasculos flexores y extensores de la mu\u00f1eca. Estos se localizan en su inserci\u00f3n proximal en los epic\u00f3ndilos medial y lateral respectivamente. Una de las principales causas es la <strong>tendinitis del extensor cubital<\/strong> y el mecanismo de lesi\u00f3n es la desviaci\u00f3n cubital de la mu\u00f1eca en la extremidad no dominante durante el rev\u00e9s a dos manos. Mismo caso sucede en la mano dominante pero en el golpe de derecha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de la tendinitis \u2014la cual es un proceso cr\u00f3nico o de aparici\u00f3n lenta\u2014 otra causa com\u00fan de dolor en la mu\u00f1eca en el lado cubital se puede dar de forma aguda. Este aparece de manera repentina debido a una flexi\u00f3n de mu\u00f1eca brusca, acompa\u00f1ada de una desviaci\u00f3n cubital de la misma, como podr\u00eda suceder al golpear de derecha o rev\u00e9s el suelo durante la fase de aceleraci\u00f3n del golpe en una boa baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><em>Lesiones en la zona lumbar<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La espalda lumbar tambi\u00e9n es una zona que sufre mucho en el tenis debido a las rotaciones continuas del tronco. Estas implican estr\u00e9s constante en las v\u00e9rtebras lumbares, en sus discos, facetas y durante el mecanismo del servicio. Este \u00faltimo requiere de una extensi\u00f3n lumbar seguida de rotaci\u00f3n parcial del tronco, movimiento que causa por dem\u00e1s estr\u00e9s en la zona lumbar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si a todo esto se le agrega que el jugador no tiene un trabajo en forma de fortalecimiento central en el tronco (recto abdominal, oblicuos, transverso abdominal y m\u00fasculos paravertebrales) necesitar\u00e1 aumentar la velocidad del servicio debido a la exigencia del deporte. Pueden presentarse en uno o ambos lados. Es com\u00fan que coincida su aparici\u00f3n con cambios recientes en la intensidad y volumen de entrenamiento o en alguna modificaci\u00f3n en la t\u00e9cnica de golpeo o saque.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong><em>Lesiones del disco vertebral lumbar<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro tipo de lesi\u00f3n es la del disco vertebral lumbar, ya sea en da\u00f1o, degeneraci\u00f3n o hernia. El culpable inmediato es el saque que coloca gran presi\u00f3n sobre la espalda baja al momento de realizarlo. Este combina la extensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s la rotaci\u00f3n lumbar, poniendo en riesgo la integridad del disco intervertebral. Lo anterior tiene como consecuencia que los tenistas sean un grupo vulnerable a una hernia o degeneraci\u00f3n del disco. El paciente puede presentar dolor lumbar, en el gl\u00fateo o en la pierna.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El regreso al entrenamiento y juego de estos tenistas depende de la localizaci\u00f3n y del tama\u00f1o de la lesi\u00f3n del disco, esto lo dicta el estado cl\u00ednico del jugador. De cualquier manera, la reintegraci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 siempre paulatina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>La prevenci\u00f3n debe ir dirigida a:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&#8211; Crear un entrenamiento completo de estabilidad central o del <em>core<\/em>. Los desbalances musculares entre flexores y extensores del tronco nos pueden encaminar a una posible lesi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/li><li>&#8211; Apoyarse en ejercicios de rotaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de la alta exigencia en la competencia, en la que las lesiones se encuentran a la vuelta de la esquina y la \u00fanica forma de prevenirlas es entendiendo c\u00f3mo esos factores afectan la fisiolog\u00eda y la mec\u00e1nica del cuerpo. As\u00ed se puede intervenir antes de llegar a una baja del juego o ausencia por lesiones en tenis ya establecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
